I feel nose block, sneezing and also kind of itching and little cuts like things on back side of my upper jsw

As per your description you are suffering from allergic rhinitis..cuts in the inner jaw need to be examined.. take anti-allergic tablet.visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
