Bacterial infection causing pimples

Hi I am suffering from bacterial infected pimples(red bumps painful and left scar),occurring one after another on my face. I am living in saudi, consulted doctor he prescribed azithromycin capsule (i feel like vomiting whenever I consume that) and hydroquinine, tetracycline, mometasone cream to mix together and apply on pimples(not working so well). But here in saudi doctors are not so trustworthy and communication problem is also a hindrance. Please tell me how to cure this...help me out... If possible please tell me some thing except medication.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

You are not supposed to use mometasone on the face and also it is not used for acne. Stop it immediately. It causes steroid deformed face. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
