5 weeks ago I started to feel unwell in myself and began to constantly needing to sleep and had no energy and kept falling asleep, I started to get headaches and pains in my bones and mussels all over my body. My face swelled up around my eyes and my nose that was very sore to touch with a redness on the skin and a feeling that I had something blocking my nose. I was told it was facial cellulitis at first then autoimmune disease and now lupus
