Bacterial fever

My doctor prescribed me Cefixime 200 + Oxlafacin 200 BID and DOLO 650 TID for my Typhoid fever..... 160 for O amd 80 for H I'm taking from two 2 days but I'm not feeling well and fever is also there... My temp is 99 F but I'm feeling like burning all over body and joint pains in legs and hands shall i continue this treatment? is it correct? or shall Need to add any other Tablets? i also have mild joint pains and fever, please prescribe any pills please prescribe something effective

Only after 48 you start to feel better, o is 160, so bacterial load is more ,it takes time. Avoid non veg, spicy food ,eat bland food ,add fruits to diet and continue treatment for 10 days
