How to reduce backpain if we have a heavy backpain during periods and unable to go to offive at that time? And also the preferred diet during that time?

Get an ultrasound done..if you have severe pain during your periods you could be suffering from endometriosis.. If everything is normal you can take tab meftal spas or buscopan plus twice daily during your periods after food. You cn also try hot fomentation. Consult direct for further queries
