I can understand your concern. i hope you are not in too much pain. we need to see what exactly is the problem. is the disc herniated? is it pressing on any nerve root? etc. homeopathy or ayurveda would not work and it will just be a time waste and you will just worsen your condition till then. just go and consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
