Dear sir/Mam
As I have posted three earlier, I had backache from last 3days , for safety of point view i have visited to hospital and said have stretch in back thats why have pain and prescribed attached medicine . Have also done xray . So pls find attached both and guide me , if all are ok or not

The prescription is not very clear.
The X ray does not show any advanced degenerative changes.
You will be treated on painkillers for about 2 weeks. After that you will have to start exercises for your back under guidance of an Orthopedic Surgeon.
