Backache after c section

I had c section on may 4 of this year. From few days I am getting pain at injection pierced places on back while giving anesthesia.Is it due to my sitting posture or due to bending while doing work. I heard that there will be backache after c section . Please help whether is it normal backache or any serious issue is related to it.

probably it is due to to faulty practise of household work and absence of appropriate exercise for back muscles but not due to spinal anaesthesia.
