Took a massage, pressed around the neck area and felt immediate pain in the lower back on both sides. Pain seems to come and go from time to time, like contractions. Seems more like a muscle or nerve thing than a bone thing. Do get relief from heatpad. Should I visit a general physician or a orthopedist?
