Back pain with digestion problem

Seviour back pain from last 7days. Spinal cord bottom, abdominal area, testes and right leg. Have unusual digestion also. Back pain come low after motion. Had urine test , found normal. Last time, 5 months before had similar issue. Then cured , but at that time had less pain compare to now. Ache in testes, abdominal area is not continues, but frequently. Feel better when slept.
