Back pain with 8 days Late periods

Hello this is Sonal. I am suffering from back pain from last 6 days also m waiting for my peroids but periods not come yet. I did pregnancy test it was negative. Periods is 8 days late. I have severe lower  back pain,  leg pain and stomach pain.also feeling strain in my eyes. What should I do. What you want to suggest me.please help me.

Get a beta hcg done or wait for a few days more to get your periods, after which u can get an ultrasound done to rule out for PCOS etc.
