Back Pain Unable to Sit, stand or bent

My back, spine paining from last 3-4 days, I'm unable to sit. Normally I take pain killer but its not working. Then I took intagesic mr after consulting a medical shop but its not working. Due to COVID-19 I'm afraid to go to outside. Please suggest any strong medicine for my back pain. I'm unable to sit, cant bent down, i tried stretching, moov massage nothing is working. Please help me asap. Thanks in advance.
