Back pain ,lower abdomen, testicles pain

I am facing the problem of back pain, lower abdomen and testicles pain from 1 year. The problem is not continuous, It arises after every week or after 15 days and remain for 2-3 days. The pain is sometimes mild and sometimes It get severe. I have no problem in urination and my appetite is also good. Please suggest me which doctor I will see whether neuro , physio, uro or any other.
