Back pain,burning chest throat duetogas
Gas problem after covid in July 2021.
Sometimes burning from chest to throat.also back pain.
Since 2 months taking pan tablet before breakfast.
STILL problem exists.
It's just gastritis. Pan40 is very good med but if its nit sitting you can add ranitidine Nd or a prokinetic.
Has to come with lifestyle changes which will include bland diet, aerobic exercises and monitoring stress levels.
If nit your life would be a wreck. You don't need an endoscopy. Even if you have one it will show some inflammation.
