Back pain and testicles pain

I am suffering from lower back pain and testicles pain since two months, sometime pain in both stomach side, frequently urine in small amount.I done abdomen ultasound and found 3mm stone in Right kidney. I take pain medicine and antibiotics But problem is remain same. Pls guide me.
