Back pain and right testical tube size

I have back pain,lower Back, i regularly go to the Gym,the Back pain arises when I go to the Gym. Whenever I stop going to the Gym for a a week,the Back pain reduces automatically. What is the reason for the pain? I Feel the Right Testical tube is thicker than left and sometimes I feel pain in that?? Please suggest me
