Im suffering with frequently urination and after urination back pain and uncomfortable with  pain in abdominal  and night time im not able to sleep properly and also missed period in this month

Give a urine sample for culture and sensitivity test and then start on Tab. Martifur 100mg thrice a day for 3 days, based on the reports, you can change the antibiotics. Tab. Acecloplus twice a day for 3 and Tab. Mirago 50 mg once a day for 3 days. They would help in Pain relief.
