Back pain and light white spotting

Taken ipill during last day of period and had light  spotting (may be withdrawl bleeding or something )for some days after a week of taking ipill and now expecting next period in upcoming few days,started feeling heavy back pain and some light white coloured dicharge , should we go for a pregnancy test ?or these are normal pms.
