Back ,hip,leg,ankle pain

I have this pain from last 3.5 month i went to 4-5 dr they are saying noting is wrong as my MRI of spine & hip is normal.day by day its increasing..please tell me if everything is fine then why i am having this pain..its very bad hindering my life cant sit or stand for more tha 10-15 min because of sevear pain

such symptoms majority due to muscular problem, that to back muscles stiffness, try to get evaluated by good orthopedic surgeon, problem will be solved by physiotherapy
