Back headache
I will get head ache only back side(both sides) of the head, it I'll start morning when I wake up slightly it I'll start and increase after some time, after 24 to 40 hours it I'll go , and every month or 20 days or more than a month I I'll face this problem, I have 1) very mild MVp on heart last year I was diagnosed 2) sometimes BP slightly varies max up to 90/140 .
3) My father is having Parkinson's disease.
4) cylindrical eye sight left eye 0.75
Why I am getting this headache, last year I did my head ct scan it is showing normal.
Please help me in this.

Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
