  4. Back head pain. Me any advice for that.

Everyday when i get up i am having back head pain severly and my hand pains lot everytime. I dont know how to explain about my pain. Kindly give me any advice for that.

If u are putting ur neck to strain too much, avoid that... Take Tablet Myospaz forte 2 times a day.. If ur pain didn't subside then do x ray or MRI cervical spine
