Name : Mohankumar B G Age : 31 Bachelor Height : 167cms Weight :71 kgs I'm suffering from heavy back head ache since from 2.5 years and I notice imbalance,fatigue and  repetitive tingling sensation in left hand and leg ,feel weak, dizziness  and light headed  and it is worst at some times, It is affecting my daily activities..
