My Niece fell down from bed and hurted backbone. Backbone is paining. He is showing symptom of fever(99) also. please suggest some medicines.

How old is your niece ? If she is small then go to paediatrician . If old then orthopaedic doctor to see if she would require x -ray or pain killers.
