I'm a 35 year old mother of a seventeen months child. Had a c-section about 1 and a half year back. Since then am constantly facing the problem of pain in lower back and lower abdomen. Recently am also having heavy white discharge and too much weakness due to it. My backache has now become unbearable. Plz tell me how solve this issue. What medicine shall I take to overcome. I'm also nursing my child so have to take medication in accordance with that.
