Whlt should be my babies wght if he is brn at 3.30 kgs and he is 5.64 kgs at present is he underwght ....if yes how to inc if he is on mothers feed

No,he's OK. The weight should be atleast double of birth weight at 5 months,triple at 1 year and 4 times at 2 years of age. Just ensure breastfeeding at regular gaps of atleast 3 to 3-1/2 hours. Also,at 6 months of age,add one each of top formula feed and solid meal.
