My baby is 5 months old. Since yesterday she is a little cranky and irritable. Today she also vomited milk 10-15 minutes after breast feed. One thing to note is that today morning was the first time we gave her a tiny bit of mango Shake for taste. Is there something to be concerned about?

No. It may be usually gas . And if she has diarrhoea after a day or two..it can be GI infection.
