My 8 month baby has small problem. She feeding mother milk or seralack after few minutes they should vomit it. Please give some advice how we do?

Burf ur baby after each and every feed for at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp If still baby vomit  then Give domstal suspension 1ml orally if vomiting
