I advice to go for a documentation with a urine routine examination CUE test.
If it is normal, no need to panic. It is only due to less fluids intake. Increase daily intake of liquids to 100 ml per kg body weight and add some cran berries to her daily food intake.
If it says it is Urinary tract Infection(UTI) we need a urine culture sensitivity and UTI needs to be treated with antibiotics for now.
Later evaluate with a ultrasound KUB and MCUG test to rule out vesico ureteric reflux.
