Hello my baby is one yr old from the last two weeks i could able to some white patches apearing on my baby tongue is that fungal infection can i have solution

you need to get it checked. sometimes there is deposition of milk on the tongue. you can take a ear bud and dampen it. try cleaning it if there is redness below the white patch or bleeding this is a fungal infection and you need to visit a doctor
