My Baby is 10 months old but still he did not get his first teeth. May I know how long it will take for him to get his first teeth ?

Teething age of the baby depends  on 2 factors.1) it is genetic . 2) Deficiency Of calcium. It varies from baby to baby. Sometimes even new born can have a teeth called natal tooth. And sometimes teething can be delayed in a few children.
