Baby stretching a lot in sleep

Hi doctor, My baby is 28 days old and this week baby in day time crying a lot and in night sleep ( sleeping well in night) stretching her body a lot like every 10 to 15 min. And while streching she will make sound and lift her back upwards. Baby has noisy breath also. Does this indicates any health issues?

Helo, it looks normal. Burp your baby well and for noisy breathing u can give nasoclear drops 2 drops in each nostril twice a day for 2 days.
