My baby is 7 weeks old and spitting clear liquid . We burp him after every feed and keep him in upright position for 10-15 mins still he recently started spitting clear liquid . Sometimes it's curd like which is common but clear liquid I am not sure , is it a problem ??

I don't think thats a big issue if at all once or twice in 24hrs...Its absolutely normal...Feed 2hrly followed by burping for 20 mins after each feeds...
