Baby sneezing and coughing

My baby is having cold and sneezing and couging issue. She is havig issue in breathing as well. She is not able to sleep and mostly she is crying. While coughing it seems she is having cough and she feel little choked but doctor says there is no cough on her chest. He provided the attached syrups. Please help the possible reasons of her condition
