Baby rubbing/touching eyes and nose

My baby is 2 month old. Recently he discovered his hands and since then while sleeping he is rubbing his nose and eyes . Is it something to concern? We burp him properly after every meal and keep him upstraight for 20 mins

This is quite normal. If he is crying for long time or eyes become red, visit a pediatrician.
