Moulding happens naturally and takes gradual time. I like to suggest Dnt use any pillow, as it’s causes extra flexion of neck and some times breathing is some way obstruct, do to this many times we hear noisy breathing... if u want use soft shoulder pad to give better normal slight extension of neck and breathing takes easily..
