Baby not responding his name at 11 month

I have twins, 2 boys, one of them is not responding to his name at 11 months, he is doing everything normal like his brother, but doesn´t look at me when I call him, but sometimes he can look at me when I talk to him. I would like to know what´s wrong and if I have to worry? Thank you! Ilham Chmiti.
