Baby not pooping

Hi, My baby is 60 days old. She is not pooping at all after her 45 day vaccination. She only poops when I give sanna tablet. Please help me

Exclusive breastfeeding nay have the baby pooping ince in 5/6? Days or 5/6 times a day As long as baby us fine not cranky you need not worry

Senna tablet should not be used at this age,, Protectis 5 drops once per day x 3 weeks,,,, Bonnisan 10 drops twice per day x 3 weeks,,
Next Steps
Should improve in 3 days otherwise let us know .

Hi, Babies pass stool once in 6-8 days if they are on breast feeding. If baby is active and feeding well, nothing to worry
