My baby is 4 months old... From past one week she has stopped making any kind of sounds .. previously she was responding to our talks by making sounds ...wth aahhh ooohhh gur gur sound ... But now she is not making any sound...It seems she is trying to make sound when we talk to her but is unable to... We are so much worried about all this.. To add here she was having chest infection and throat infection ...jus recovered two days back frm that... Plzzz doc's help me ...what can be the reason...is my baby fine...or she needs chck up by paedritician...
