Baby neck problem

I have 2 month old baby, after his 2nd month vaccination one week ago he doesn't want to breastfeed and cry more. Local doctor said there is some problem in neck bone in local practice called "tehri " Which she cured by massage on neck bone.but problem persist and baby tend to cry more at time of feeding and feed less.pease suggest.

Please not to do any message. If any neck problem Please consider orthopaedic consult. May be he advise X Ray neck. Which helpful. Post vaccination you can give plan PCM for pain, which helpful.
