Baby movements -21 week

I felt baby movements yesterday night and today randomly (but like one stroke , tummy tingling ) . I also have gastric trouble . I wonder is it baby movements or gastric issue . But after my dinner I didn't feel any although I feel gastric issue . Is it common for random baby movements at 21 week . First time mom
