Baby motion and sleep problem

My son is of two months, he take breast milk and lectogen both. From last week he is not doing proper motion he passes stool once in 2-3days, but he passes gas many times in a day. I am giving him Dabur Janam ghuti also. And he is taking less sleep in day time also. Kindly help me out with the above issues.
