Hello, A baby is generally exclusively breast fed till 6 months of age. Baby should be burped properly after each feed for at least 10 minutes. Regular use of any enzyme drops should be discouraged. A small amount of gas formation is quite common in neonates and infants. You may give drop Colicaid 0.5ml sos for abdominal discomfort, but don't use it regularly.
