Baby is having jaundice from 4days and running nose from 2day .she is of 13days only .in tds report 14.9 jaundice is calculated

You have not specific about The bilirubin reading is direct/indirect The first one is to correct if it is high by phototherapy at near by pediatric hospital ( Putting the baby in light in a cradle) Indirect dose not matter much

so long the baby takes feeds no incessant cry no drouciness no worry it is due to break down of excess blood formed when the baby is inside the womb when breaths external air does need that much of blood hence it is broken down producing jaundice called physiological jaundice it is harm less
