Baby is not found in ultrasound scan
My wife is pregnant and now she is at 7th month but baby is not seen in ultrasound scan yet, she is feeling all the features of the pregnant, since we scan multiple time with different doctors. but still baby is not seen. she is feeling butterfly in her stomach and baby is kick like anything regularly, there is no monthly periods nothing.

I can understand your concern.
If there is no baby in the scan that means she is not pregnant.
False pregnancy a.k.a phantom pregnancy a.k.a pseudocyesis could be the problem she might be having.
Consult a obstetrician in person for further evaluation and management.
