Baby Head Down Position

As far as I know, baby Head position will be complete down to pelvis at 37 weeks and after there won't be any movement.. Is that correct? And also want to know that my wife is currently in 30th week pregnancy and baby is anterior position. Will she cause any pain when baby rotates during 30 to 37 weeks? Or pain will come oly after 37 weeks when there won't be any movement
