Dear sir Baby age 18 months sudeen she had redness just we drive for hour on bike while reach home sudeen we seen redness coming and going since yesterday photo attached pls sugegst .. upper chin place .

Looks like contact dermatitis..give cetirizine syp...apply calamine lotion

Seems airborne contact dermatitis. Use emolients and if required syp cetrizine 2.5ml once a day for 3 days
