Baby has fever after DTap 2 vaccination

My 2 month 3 week old baby received DTap 2 vaccination after that doctor prescribed sinarest syrup for fever and pain is it safe for my baby as he sleeping alot and cries too much in taking this medicin

For fever following vaccination, you should use paracetamol drops, ie Calpol drops. Stop giving sinarest, as it causes sedation and sleepiness
