Apply colloidal silver gel as a first aid measure - comes as Hydroheal or Megaheal, 3 times a day. The wound will take 2 weeks to heal. Don't try to break the blister. If possible take the kid to a doctor nearby for one cleaning and dressing. Also pain medicines and antibiotics are needed for few days for which you need to consult a specialist
