Baby froze up and face turned red

This happened yesterday. We took baby to park and was spinning in circles on a spinning chair. Baby was sitting on father's lap and spinning fast. Suddenly, after a while, baby started acting weird and froze up by stretching his arms and face turned red. Soon after seeing the situation, i stopped and hugged him. He came back to normal state with in no time. I am worried. Was that seizures?
