Hi my son has completed 5 months after 3rd month due to low milk i stopped breastfeed now i m giving only formula milk i need a doctor who can guide me when to introduce solids/semisolids and what kind of foods to introduce I need a tamil speaking doctor

Hi. You can start with vegetables/ fruit purée, ragi, idly Initially start once and then slowly increase to 3-5 times/day Give water in between
